Drag racing is a dangerous  sport  as you can see in this video. Bola de Humo Racing 1985 Mazda RX7 powered by a 79ci "motor with a turbo that most would say is bigger than the engine" was at Martin Michigan  US36 Motorsports Park for the 3rd annual Import Vs Domestic Showdown when a engine failure sprayed a combination of water and oil on to the track causing the car to loose control and hit the wall at 150 MPH.

Fortunately the driver Roger Martinez, was unharmed  and the team is getting the new car together for the 2017 Racing season.
